Notifications and Trend Alerts

Email Alert System

The alert system in YourCX involves sending email notifications to predefined individuals or departments within the organization. These alerts inform about predefined events, such as a drop in response rates, noticeable trends, or, for example, a user-reported error. This ensures that critical information reaches the responsible parties directly, allowing for quick reaction and time savings. The number of programmed alerts can be tailored to the company’s needs without any limits on quantity.

Event Notifications

It is possible to define any conditions for alerts, such as:

  • critical rating

  • error report

all with full consideration of the area from which the response originated, e.g., a specific region or physical store.

Trend Notifications

There are often situations where there is no time for constant monitoring of results.
