Key Features of the Open-Ended Response Review
Response filtering – narrow down results using various criteria, such as answers to other questions, assigned categories, technical parameters, etc.
Overview and detailed views – the default view shows a list of questions with a small number of sample responses; clicking on a specific question opens the full response list.
Data export – download open-ended responses for further analysis in external formats.
Word cloud – a visual feature that highlights the most frequently used words or phrases, helping you quickly identify dominant themes.
