Survey in a Mobile Application
YourCX enables customer surveys directly within mobile applications by using a dedicated SDK (Software Development Kit) for both Android and iOS platforms. This allows for collecting user feedback about their experience with the app in their natural environment.
How do in-app surveys work?
The survey is displayed as part of the mobile application (e.g., a sliding panel or modal window).
The survey can be triggered automatically at a specific moment (e.g., after a user action or after a set amount of time) or based on contextual parameters.
Data from completed surveys is sent directly to the YourCX system and is visible in survey results, dashboards, and automated reports—just like data from web-based surveys.
Surveys can be displayed either natively or via WebView.
Benefits of implementing the YourCX SDK:
Full control over survey timing – precisely define when and to whom a survey should be displayed. The SDK only needs to be implemented once; after that, survey triggers are fully managed from the admin panel—no further involvement from IT teams is necessary.
Seamless user experience – surveys are visually integrated into the app and do not require users to leave it. They look and behave like native elements of the application.
Rich contextual data – easily pass additional information (e.g., app version, device model, purchase process stage) to enrich survey responses.
Personalized surveys – tailor survey content to specific user profiles (e.g., user location, customer segment, device type).
Full control over survey appearance – design and manage all aspects of the survey directly from the admin panel. One-time SDK implementation allows complete flexibility and control.
