QR Code Surveys

The YourCX platform also supports collecting feedback in physical environments through the use of QR codes and short survey links that direct customers to a dedicated questionnaire. This solution works perfectly in on-site locations such as stores, service points, showrooms, events, or order pickup areas.

With QR codes, you can:

  • Collect feedback immediately after a visit or transaction – or even during it,

  • Monitor service quality and on-site conditions,

  • Measure purchase intent, loyalty, and customer satisfaction,

Analyze results based on location, time, or type of venue (using parameters embedded in the link).

How to Implement:

  1. Create the survey using the YourCX survey editor and activate it.

  2. Go to the “Installation” tab and copy the external survey link.

  3. Add identifiers for the location or campaign to the link (e.g.,/location/krakow01/)

  4. Generate a QR code (using free tools or an external integration).

  5. Place the QR code in a visible spot – for example, on a poster, near the checkout, on a receipt, or on a tablet.

It is also possible to generate a QR code directly within the YourCX platform, as well as to automate bulk generation via the API.

Best Practice:
Make it easy for customers to access the survey – provide a clear message and a strong call to action. QR codes can also be embedded in emails, business cards, packaging, or printed materials.
