Dynamic Content in Surveys
Dynamic content enables you to customize question and answer text based on various factors—such as responses to other questions or client parameters available during survey completion. This allows the same question to be asked in different ways, presenting tailored wording for each respondent.
Other Questions: A question’s wording can change depending on earlier answers.
Example: “How do you rate our product?” can become “How do you rate our new product line?” for respondents who indicated they purchased the new product.Parameters & Segments: Questions adapt to different user groups defined by additional parameters.
Example: “Which features are most important to you?” on a mobile device may read “Which features are most important to you on our mobile site?”.Customer Journey: Questions adjust based on the customer’s current stage in their journey.
Example: “How would you rate our purchase process?” can switch to “How would you rate our post-purchase support?” for customers who have already completed a purchase.
Dynamic content is conditioned using the same methods and rules as conditional questions or skip logic. If you need any additional conditioning options, let us know and we’ll implement exactly what you require.
