Skip logic

Skip logic in surveys enables jumping between sections based on respondents’ answers. This means that, depending on the choice of answers to specific questions, the respondent can be redirected to a different section of the survey, skipping irrelevant questions or pages of questions. To use this functionality, select “Skip logic” from the “Other options” dropdown on the right:

Application of a condition requires selecting specific answers for a given question and specifying to which part of the survey the respondent should be moved after choosing those predefined answers.

Skip logic streamlines survey flow—for example, if a respondent indicates they do not use a particular product, they can be automatically redirected to the next section on another topic, to the demographic section, or to the end of the survey. This functionality provides a more personalized and efficient survey experience by eliminating unnecessary questions or respondents who will not provide the needed information.
