Analytical Data
Within the YourCX platform, in addition to survey results, analytical data is automatically collected on websites. This enables a deeper understanding of both the context of user experiences and the customer feedback itself. These data points are not derived directly from user responses, but are gathered automatically based on user behavior on the site, external events, or technical browser data.
Analytical Data Overview
Analytical data in YourCX serve as a complementary layer to survey results and can be used to:
Monitor user navigation paths across the site,
Analyze user flow between subpages,
Assess how experiences and interactions influence purchasing decisions,
Link survey responses with actual business events (e.g., purchase, customer service contact, process completion).
Examples of additional analytical data collected include:
Number of pageviews during a visit
Number of prior visits to the site
Visit sources and their types
Browser name, operating system, device type
Page load time
Page title
Page URL
Full user journey path within the site
Geolocation data – country, region, county, municipality, city
